簡要技術說明：
General requirement:
在中華人民共和國法律法規允許的範圍內，協助提供以下服務：
The law firm shall assist in providing the following services within the scope of the laws of the People's Republic of China:
一、針對美國337調查案件，收集、整理和繙譯相關資料，提供包含基本事實判斷、法律分析和相關方利益焦點的咨詢服務，並出具書面法律意見；研究提出評論意見等。
1. For the case of 337 investigation of the United States， to collect， collate and translate relevant information， provide basic facts containing judgments， legal analysis and consulting services focusing on interests of related parties， and issue a written legal opinion; study and put forward comments.
二、針對美國337調查綜合研究事項，提供基本揹景情況、法律分析、他國應對策略分析以及應對策略，出具書面報告；研究提出應對策略等。
2. For comprehensive study of the U.S. 337 investigation， to provide basic background information， legal analysis， analysis of other countries' strategies and coping strategies， issue a written report; study and put forward the strategies for response .
三、針對貿易壁壘調查及應對案件，提供有關國家做法、雙多邊規則合規性分析、貿易影響、產業影響等，並出具書面報告，研究提出應對策略等。
3. For cases of investigation of trade barriers and response， to provide practices of relevant countries， bilateral and multilateral rules compliance analysis， impact on trade and industry， and etc. and issue a written report， study and put forward the strategies for response.
四、針對某一類型或某一國家或某一行業的貿易壁壘從措施描述、涉及產品、對利益影響、法律分析、應對策略等層面開展專題研究，提出書面報告等。
4. For a certain type， or a country or an industry trade barrier， to carry out monographic study and provide written reports from the aspects of measures description， involving products， impact on Chinese domestic industry's interests， legal analysis， and coping strategies and etc.
五、根据需要，就與涉及美國337調查/貿易壁壘調查及應對的其他法律問題提供法律咨詢。
5. If necessary， to provide legal consultation in relation to U.S. 337 investigation / trade barriers investigation and other legal issues.
